Andreas Matzinos is an accomplished professional with 15 years of dynamic experience in the hospitality industry. His passion for exceptional coffee led him to immerse himself in the world of specialty coffee in 2011, a field where he has since specialized and excelled. His dedication and deep technical expertise are reflected in his notable national distinctions. In 2017, he won 1st place in the Hellenic Comandante Championship, and in 2019, he secured 5th place in the Greek Brewers Cup. Since 2019, Andreas has been an integral part of the Roasters Kolektiva team, working as a Coffee Expert. Alongside his primary role, he is an Authorised SCA Trainer, sharing his extensive knowledge and passion by educating the next generation of coffee professionals.
