Maria Kontorravdis is an English Greek bartender working in East Londons late night staple, A Bar With Shapes For A Name - as their Head of Education, Maria’s passions are developing their school of flavour and training in relation to conceptual coherency and drinks development. Part of the Drink More Art program, Maria works across multiple venues in England and France sharing her Preliminary Course with all those interested in art and hospitality.
