Kiril Hadzhiev is the founder and owner of Phi Cocktail Bar in Sofia. With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has built his career around creativity, precision, and a deep respect for cocktail culture. For six years, Kiril served as Head Bartender at Cosmos, widely regarded as one of the leading fine-dining restaurants in Bulgaria. During this time he refined his approach to flavor balance, technique, and guest experience within a high-end culinary environment. He later spent two years as Bar Manager at Sputnik Cocktail Bar, where he helped shape the bar’s direction and built a strong team — many of whom would later join him in his next venture. Following a shift in Sputnik’s concept, Kiril decided it was the right moment to pursue his own vision. In 2024, that vision became reality with the opening of Phi Cocktail Bar, a space built around the principles of balance, creativity, and modern cocktail hospitality.
