Born in 1979 in Xanthi and of exotic Pomak descent, Alper Deli grew up with a clear dream: his mother's, to become a psychiatrist. He achieved it in part, by going to the Patras Medical School, where he seriously dealt with everything — except Medicine. As a genuine chameleon behind the bar, he has been a Red Cross rescuer, radio show producer, capoeira dancer, body modification artist and various other things that do not fit on a site without legal coverage. Since 2014, he has lived in Athens and has been through bars such as Fuga, Hytra and Noel, with the last stop being the emblematic 7 Jokers, where he was Head Bartender for 8 years. Since 2017, he has been a Brand Ambassador at Concepts, having taken over the company's Italian portfolio for the last three years, representing the Fratelli Branca / Carpano Vermouths and Illva Saronno brands. In his free time, he tries to save "body and soul" with stand-up comedy and calisthenics.
