Global Brand Ambassador, Three Cents With over two decades in the hospitality industry, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of vibrant cities—from Thessaloniki to Chania, Athens, Cologne, London, and Frankfurt. My career has always been driven by a passion for hospitality and craftsmanship, particularly in the world of bartending. Though my formal education was in electronic engineering, I decided to follow my true calling and dive into the world of bartending. I completed specialized training at the Greek Bar Academy and excelled in the WSPC spirits program. In 2017, I graduated from the renowned B.A.R. (5-day) program in New York, considered one of the most prestigious spirits courses globally. Throughout my career, I've competed in numerous national cocktail competitions in Germany and Greece, securing key victories like the Havana Club Grand Prix (2014) and the Nikka Perfect Serve (2016). These experiences have shaped my expertise and deepened my love for mixology. In addition to my competitive achievements, I have managed and consulted bars in Greece and abroad, and trained many bartenders through the Bar Academy. As an ambassador for Giffard and the whisky portfolio at Tsaknakis Premium Brands, I've had the opportunity to further my knowledge and share my passion with others. In 2024, I was honored to take on the prestigious role of Global Brand Ambassador for Three Cents, a trailblazing brand known for its premium, artisanal mixers. After successfully activating the brand in Greece for eight months, I now lead the charge in promoting Three Cents worldwide. I curate and host exclusive events across the globe, bringing these exceptional mixers to the forefront of the cocktail scene and connecting with both industry leaders and enthusiasts. My work with Three Cents represents a unique opportunity to shape the future of mixology, elevate global drinking culture, and introduce innovative products that redefine the art of cocktail making. As part of this, I’m especially excited to be a part of the rising global trend of highballs, a refreshing and simple yet sophisticated category of drinks that are gaining momentum worldwide.
