Achilleas Plakidas is the Head Bartender and Co-owner of Gorilla, where he leads the creative direction of the bar. As a World Class Competition Greece winner in 2018, he brings a strong foundation of technique and innovation to his work. Since opening the bar in 2016, Achilleas has been at the forefront of shaping its identity, focusing on the development and research behind each cocktail menu. With a background in the catering industry, he combines experience, creativity, and attention to detail to craft a program that reflects both precision and personality.
