Tsvetan began his career behind the bar in 2007 in Sofia. A few years later, he deepened his interest in cocktail culture and became part of the first team at Sputnik Cocktail Bar. He later worked as a bar manager at Cosmos Restaurant, before returning to Sputnik Cocktail Bar once again as bar manager. Today, he is a co-founder of 3oz – a cocktail bar that operates without a traditional menu. Instead, drinks are created individually for each guest, based on their tastes and preferences, turning every visit into a personalized cocktail experience. He is currently also involved in the development of a new cocktail project in the heart of Sofia – a space aimed at evolving and elevating the city’s cocktail culture.
